New User Setup {Procore}
1 – Navigate to the Procore Company Directory and in the top right corner, select Add User.
2 – Fill in all of the required fields as shown in the example below. Select Create.
Is Employee of GS Construction Inc.? will be Yes for all employees and Subcontractors.
3 – Fill in the required fields as shown in the next 3 screen shots. Job Title, Classification and Employee ID are required fields.
4 – Select the Add check box as shown below and then select Save and Send Invitation to Procore.
5 – You will be taken back to the Company Directory. Scroll down to the employee that you just created and select edit. Scroll to the Project Settings section at the bottom. Next to Projects User Does Not Belong To, select Add All, as shown below. When that finishes processing, select Save.
In step 3, Company Name of the subcontractor will be selected from the drop-down menu. If the company name does not exist, a new company will need to be created in the Company Directory.
In step 3, the Employee ID will need to be set for the company that the subcontractor works for. For example, a Pink Ladies Traffic Control employee would have PINK entered in the Employee ID field.
