Enable Cloud Recording and Transcription in Teams
1. Navigate to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard
2. From the home screen, open the sidebar menu.
3. It is important to configure both meeting policies and call policies, as they are used interchangeably in teams.
4. Click "Meeting policies"
5. Same method for voice
6. Click "Calling policies"
7. Click the menu dropdown
8. Click "Add" to create a new policy, or click the existing policy to alter the configuration.
9. Enable cloud recording (Same is available for meetings as well)
10. Enable call transcription (Same is available for meetings as well)
11. Save all changes
