How to Create a Custom Report in Procore [Ex: Billable Quantity Report]
1. Navigate to https://us02.procore.com/562949953442099/company/home/thumbnail
2. From the company level home screen, click the list of projects

3. Find the desired project

4. Open up the project tools (Must be on project level)

5. Click "Reports"

6. Click "Create Report"

7. Enter Report Name & Description

8. From the reporting Section, click into the daily log category.

9. Click "Quantity Log"

10. Drag all desired columns into the report, & organize as needed

11. Group each item by cost code

12. Click the "fx" tab to round up all totals

13. Click "SUM"

14. Make sure to filter the report by the desired timeframe (DATE)

15. Click the date tab

16. Choose desired timeframe

17. Click "Create Report"

18. Click "Distribute Snapshot"

19. Scroll down to the distribution scheduling section

20. Fill out all information for a desired timeframe

21. Click "Create"

22. Ensure all changes are made, and test the email under the "Distribute Now" section.
