WFG: Employee Sync
- WFG is your system of record.
- Employee Sync runs overnight (automatically).
- Employee Sync can be run manually (on demand).
- Employee sync looks for changes in the past 5 days.

- Running Employee Sync Manually for All Employees.
In Integration Platform:
Click the Employees tab. Click [Run Now] button.
- Running Employee Sync Manually for a Single Employee.
In WFG:
Team > My Team > Employee Information > use dropdown list to select “EE Info – Integration View”
Next: Locate Account ID column > copy ID
In Integration Platform:
Enter (paste) Account ID in Employees tab of Integration Platform. Click “Run Now” button.

- Reviewing Integration Platform jobs
In Integration Platform:
Click “Flow Instances” icon in the upper right corner of screen.
- Adding a new Integration Platform user
In Integration Platform:
Click Users tab.
Click [Add New User] button.
- Find Employee(s) that are missing Branch, Employee Class, or Department and updating them.
In WFG:
Team > My Team > Employee Information > click “Employee Information” icon.
Next (while viewing employee) > click “Cost Centers” in Jump To list for the “Main” tab.
Select a value using the drop-down list for any blank fields.
Click [Save] button.

- Adding a New Branch, Department, or Employee Class in WFG
In WFG:
Settings > Global Setup > Global List Definitions > Lookup Lists Definitions
- Click the Pencil (View/Edit Lookup List) icon to the left of Branch, Department, or Employee Class.

Click ADD to add a new value.

Click a row & then click DELETE to delete that row. (The user interface is not super clear on this, so don’t click SAVE until you’re happy with your edits.)
