LOCAL AD - ONBOARD NEW HIRE
1. Open the windows search bar
2. Find Remote Desktop Connection
3. Enter the server name (Leonardo)
4. A new remote window will open
5. Search for Active Directory Users and computers
6. Click on the new user icon
7. Fill out the details of the new user. For User login name, use the first initial of their first name, followed by their last name. Select the company email instead of the local address.
8. Click Next
9. Input the desired password for the user
10. Click Next
Tip: When you create this user, they will not appear in the online database until 30 minutes have passed, as each replication is timed.
11. Verify entered details and continue
