LOCAL AD - ADD USER TO A GROUP (PROVISIONING INCLUDED)

1. Connect to the LEONARDO server and open "Active Directory Users and Groups"

As of time of publishing, all accounts within provisioning Groups have been consolidated to ONE group:

GSC - Platform Provisioning

Users Must be added to this group for changes to reflect in the following platforms:

Verkada | Freshservice

2. Double-click the desired group, indicated by the group title and multiple user icon

3. Navigate to the 'Members' Tab in the popup menu

4. Click 'Add' to add a user to the desired group

5. Within the dialogue box, enter the users first initial followed by their last name.

Ex: rwilliams (Reginald Williams)

6. Once finished adding the users, click 'OK' to save the changes.

Tip: Wait 30 minutes for changes to take effect in the relevant platforms.
